ABSTRACT
Two topics are discussed in this chapter. The first is, how to schedule groups for processing in flexible flow shop manufacturing when there are group-dependent setup times and the objective is to minimize the make span. The second topic discussed is how to assign tasks to robots in automated robot assembly operation.
