ABSTRACT
In summarizing the people-oriented service sector, it seems appropriate to provide some tools that will help in the assessment of the hazards that exist or could exist in these sectors of the service industry. The following is a hazard identification and action item checklist for determining the degree of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance or the effective amount of safeguards in place to protect the workforce.
