ABSTRACT

Project quality management is the next stage of the structural approach to project management in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines (PMI, 2004). Quality management involves ensuring that the performance of a project conforms to speci cations with respect to the requirements and expectations of the project stakeholders and participants. The objective of quality management is to minimize deviation from the actual project plans. Quality management must be performed throughout the life cycle of a project and not just by a nal inspection of the product (Badiru and Ayeni, 1993).
