ABSTRACT
It should come as no surprise that the primary function of a residential construction company is to build homes. The objective is to maximize the financial performance of the company through the building and sales processes. This can be partially accomplished through several aspects of the construction process, but a few of these can have as great an impact on overall financial performance as the proper management of construction cycle time.
