Power series representations for two Lanczos polynomials

This chapter discusses the power series representations for two Lanczos polynomials. For many purposes, it is important to have the explicit representations of both polynomials as the finite linear combinations of the powers. In the representation, the constants are the Lanczos expansion coefficients. The chapter also shows that the Lanczos expansion coefficients form a lower triangular matrix with zero elements.
