ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the analytical inversion of the Schrödinger overlap matrix by illustrating the usefulness of the methodology of the matrix mappings. It lists several explicit results for the matrix elements of the inverse Schrödinger or Krylov matrix along with the conventional calculation based upon the corresponding standard formulae of linear algebra.
