ABSTRACT
The management of proximal humeral malunions begins with understanding the etiological factors that led to the malunion and determining the current anatomy of the proximal humerus. This chapter is designed to assist orthopedic surgeons in the management of these complex problems, emphasizing the critical issues in a clinical and radiographic evaluation and making operative recommendations based on specific fracture malunion configurations.
