ABSTRACT
Analysts must constantly show the organization why proactive technologies such as FMEA, OA, and RCA are fiscally responsible activities that can dramatically improve patient safety. Tracking for results becomes the team’s measurement of their success using RCA methods (not merely regulatory compliance!). Therefore, since this is a reflection of the team’s work, they should be diligent in measuring their progress because it will be viewed as a report card of sorts.
