Automating Proactive Analyses: The Utilization of the PROACT® Suite Software Solution (Version 3.0+)

PROACT® is the acronym that has been referenced in this text to describe a root cause analysis (RCA) methodology. In this chapter, PROACT (Version 3.0+) will be used to describe the name of a software package that helps facilitate an RCA as well as a FMEA and OA. We will relate how and where opportunities exist to automate tasks that are otherwise done manually in the performance of an RCA.
