ABSTRACT
Neuropsychiatric disorders cause substantial disability for many patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) (Marsh 2000). One of the most debilitating behavioral abnormalities in PD is apathy. Apathy occurs as an isolated syndrome, but it can also be a phenomenon accompanying depressive disturbances or cognitive decline.
