ABSTRACT
Section 1.2 discusses the history of environmental protection and what we currently recognize as the “environmental movement.” Sections 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 provide a brief overview of NEPA, its history, statutory language, and regulations, with a special focus on the EA.
