ABSTRACT
Thioester hydrolase enzyme. Isol. from cow, rabbit, chicken. May be the same as Ubiquitinyl hydrolase 1, U-2. Acts on esters formed between thiols and the Cterminal glycine residue of the polypeptide ubiquitin. Human enzyme activity range pH 6.0-9.0.
