ABSTRACT
A project, by definition, has a finite duration. There are certain things individuals and organizations do when a project is active, and there are things they stop doing when a project is no longer active. Therefore, it is important to know when a project has been successfully completed, placed on hold, or otherwise stopped or terminated.
