ABSTRACT
Users should have some fundamental understanding of modern project management concepts in order to properly apply the accompanying tools to their project management efforts. This understanding can be obtained through formal education programs, concentrated seminars and workshops, independent studies and reading, and, of course, personal experience on the job. As well, users can refer to the Methodology Practice Guide in Section II. Users should find this toolset to be consistent with widely accepted project management standards.
