ABSTRACT
The law has in most cases handled the advent of computer and communication technology surprisingly well, proving more flexible than many thought possible. For instance, the law of contract has expanded to handle Electronic Commerce (e-commerce), particularly business to consumer activity. Online purchasing is flourishing [1]. Online banking continues to grow, due to consumer trust in banks.
