ABSTRACT
Traditional knowledge is usually passed on from generation to generation orally, and this poses the danger of it being distorted or totally lost. Masika, van Averbeeke, and Sonandi (2000) reported the urgent need for documentation of rapidly disappearing local EVM knowledge and conservation of medicinal plant resources.
