- A Statistical Perspective on Biomolecular Simulation
Many books have beenwritten about simulationmethods (see ‘Further Reading’), and it would hardly be reasonable to cover the methodology comprehensively in a single chapter. Nevertheless, there are a handful of key ideas underlying all simulation methods. These are ideas that will be critical for the researcher trying to choose among a large array of techniques-as well as to anyone wishing to understand what simulation results really mean. Naturally, we will stick to the statistical point of view, which is essential to biophysics.
