Using behavioral science principles to train small unit decision making

Combat tactical profiling provides U.S. Marines with techniques for observing and categorizing human behavior that can be used in cross-cultural decision making for Irregular Warfare. This paper describes how behavioral science principles are at the root of the effective instruction provided by Profiling and Cue Recognition training at Camp Pendleton.
