ABSTRACT

There is no magic bullet for project execution that guarantees delivery within budget and on schedule. However, there are many methods used by project leaders for keeping projects as close as possible to planned budgets and schedules. The readiness method outlined in this book adds to the list of possible options available to project managers and leaders. The value of the recommendations proposed in this book is that they provide a set of practical tools and processes for early identification of issues and challenges that are likely to derail a project during the execution phase.
