ABSTRACT

Test and evaluation is the aspect of systems engineering that provides quantitative measurements of functionality, performance, and defects of a system or components that comprise a system.1,2 The goal is to have a framework for systems engineers to make decisions on a system’s or component’s readiness at each stage in the systems engineering life cycle.
