ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION As many drugs can be administered only through systemic way, due either to patient condition or due to bioavailability of the drug itself, the continued availability of existing drugs and development of new parenteral formulations remain a must in the pharmaceutical industry. Among parenterals, aseptically filled drugs are more and more common, especially since many of the new biological drugs cannot resist terminal sterilization.
