ABSTRACT
Human reliability analysis (HRA) is generally viewed as quite an important part in probabilistic safety assessment (PSA). For the past decade, all Chinese operating nuclear power plants have conducted PSA and meanwhile HRA was carried forward. In this paper, THERP+HCR model is presented that describes how the operators' behavior is structured. A major problem ofHRA is the lack of particular data which comply with the actual state of operators. Hence, HCR parameters are modified by experiment in the context of a Chinese NPP. In addition, the corresponding data of THERP are extrapolated. A case study is presented to show how the model and data are used.
