ABSTRACT

The paper is a part of the project "Adaptation of Enterprises Management Systems to Knowledge Based Economy''. The essence of the research is a question if there are dependences between changes in enterprises' environment related to Lisbon Strategy, and internal changes in Po \ish enterprises focused on creating knowledge based organization. This paper is focused on organizational structure issues, and presents methodological approach to the empirical research. Empirical verification is planned in 20 I 0 and 20 I I.
