ABSTRACT
In highly secured areas such as nuclear power plant, alarm of the surveillance system indicates the nuclear safety is under threat, and which might be an extremely serious situation. In this study, an unusual behavior detection support system (UBDSS) is constructed to provide the nuclear power plant monitoring center an automatic mechanism to detect if a person in monitor screen shows unusual behavior, such as destroying facilities, moving abnormally, etc. Furthermore, it can also detect worker who has sudden heart attack symptom. The goal was to promote safety of an NPP.
