ABSTRACT
One of the important parts of Risk Management System is dangerous identification and also Hazard Situation identification. It includes activities, which together with risk minimizing or elimination are included in successful prevention, the most effective method in Risk Management System. For effective algorithm selection in the frame of negative event prevention is necessary to recognize its occurrence process, which is marked as a causal relation occwTcnce. The most specific definition of this relation might help to determinate appropriate method for its disconnection as a tool for effective prevention of injury and/or failure occunence.
