ABSTRACT
Traditional, maintenance management is accepted as a service for production line, but not as an adequate partner. There are a lot of problems in safety area. Hazard prevention of maintenance staff by the standard maintenance activities, hazard prevention comes from the failure with possible serious consequences. Risk analysis as a base tool for good management decision, hast to be standard tool how to planned maintenance activities, how to organize reliable and safe maintenance processes and how to effective mange overall maintenance process. In the present time there are so many supports how it can be achieve. But the main role is to change the behavior not only of maintenance management and maintenance staff but also an enterprises management approach. This article tries to describe base Risk analysis products applied in Maintenance Management and assess their advantages and disadvantages.
