ABSTRACT

The article contains results of observation and analysis made after working out algorithms of changes process control . The basis for developing the algorithm were identified dynamic properties of organisation subsystems and human behaviour. Reaction models were developed for the research results on the basis of systems dynamic , which enabled working out more effective methods of future implementations of changes with the use of methods based on control theory. The research was carried out through the Ministry of Science and Higher Education funding under grant N 1 1 5 07 1 3 1 /3252 .
