ABSTRACT
The “V” stenting technique in the setting of acute LMT
bifurcation occlusion and subsequent profound shock has
some major advantages such as the ease and rapidity of
the procedure. This technique provides a new carina and
cannot be used in small or short left main, and in the
presence of a large intermediate branch arising from LMT.
