Introduction

In this time of concern related to wetlands, many groups have compelling reasons to identify and delineate wetlands. The reasons important to an individual group, however, may be very different and as varied as the wetland related objectives of each group. Financial institutions frequently require wetland evaluations as part of an environmental assessment. This evaluation and the resulting “environment report” are necessary for granting of loans for development of property.
