ABSTRACT
Compatibility is the ability of two or more things to remain in harmonious contact over a period of time. It is a subject that is very important for those working with sensitive materials or with con©gurations that can entrap cleaning ¬uids. Compatibility becomes especially important when making changes to a process. ¢is chapter will summarize a variety of compatibility concerns, as well as provide guidance on how to assess and generate compatibility data.
