ABSTRACT
Even now, many gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies are signišcantly advanced and incurable at presentation. Unresectable malignancies frequently lead to luminal obstruction and reobstruction after surgical resection caused by local recurrence or lymph node metastasis may occur.
