1. Identify product changes by approved changes to your document and subsequently your parts and assemblies, which make up your particular hardware product. The kinds of documentation impacted usually by a change are your drawings, specifications of all types, bill of material and parts lists, product support manuals, spare parts list, and any accompanying software documentation. In addition, other kinds of documents may be subject to change which are used in your kind of business.
