ABSTRACT
So far, we have discussed various aspects of an engineering change, from the philosophy of a change and the need to get the total impact of a change to the various forms that might be used in an engineering change system, including interchangeability. Now, let us discuss a technique for analyzing a proposed engineering change. Not every engineering change must be subjected to the discussion of the material in this chapter, primarily only non-interchangeable changes.
