Waveform Generation Using the Parallel Adapter

Figure 13.1 shows an example of a waveform composed of five digital waves with 12 states. The relative duration of each state is shown in the figure. The minimum

of the limits that this arrangement poses (e.g., it may not be possible to generate this bunch of waveform with 1 unit of 100ns). Typically, waveforms in which each state is ≥1µs may be possible.
