ABSTRACT
We've picked the five factors listed below. We could have picked more-or fewer. There's nothing magic about five. The following list, however, includes several different types of problems or variables: some assembly, some in-service; some introducing plus or minus scatter, others biased in only one direction; some uncertain, others inescapable; etc. So this is a good list with which to study the procedure.
