ABSTRACT
Patients with chronic HP may not be able to date the onset of their symptoms pre cisely, may or may not be aware of variation in symptoms at different times, but usually describe gradual worsening of their condition. If exposure ceases, they will almost always improve spontaneously within days or weeks.
