ABSTRACT
The part of SOx which focuses on internal control reviews (Section 404) was a challenge to implement due to there not being many guidance practices available when SOx first came on the scene. Recently many organizations have begun to follow COBIT 5 to better enable them to meeting SOx compliance requirements.
