ABSTRACT

Modeling and simulation of industrial systems such as GTs is a significant methodology for system optimization. A GT model can be employed to clarify details of design strategies, manufacturing procedures, operating maneuvers, and even maintenance guidelines. Using black-box approach as a branch of artificial intelligence has opened a new horizon in the area of modeling and simulation of industrial systems. Black-box methodology is used to disclose the relationships between variables of the system using the measured operational data or data generated by means of a simulation tool. ANN, as a data-driven model, is one of the most significant methods in black-box modeling.
