ABSTRACT
General Information This section will present information on the various materials that can be used in bandaging, padding, splinting and placing slings on the distal limb and paw areas. The presentation is not an extensive coverage of products used for these procedures. The materials presented are those primarily used by the authors. Information on the techniques for applying the different bandage, splint and sling configurations is also presented throughout the text in the Technique and Aftercare sections of the various procedures and conditions.
