In this chapter, a process for preparing liquid calcium-zinc stabilizers complex PVC stepwise reaction of 2-ethylhexanoic (oleic acid) with mixtures of oxides of calcium, zinc, oleic acid, glycerin,and ester in the presence of plasticizers (DINP, DOTF) and phenolic antioxidant (ionol, Irganox 1010) is investigated. Studies on technological and operational properties of PVC compounds, the optimal ratio of components and integrated systems producing liquid stabilizers with at least 98% yield, presented.
