ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a basic understanding of what project management (PM) is and a framework to implement it. Understand that a framework is not a usable methodology. Use the information contained in this chapter to develop specific processes and approaches to lead and manage business continuity (BC) projects, especially those for building, testing, and maintaining business preparedness (BP) plans.
