ABSTRACT

The new methodology of diagnostics on nano-level of features of a local physical and chemical structure of a surface and interphase layers of the polymeric composite materials is described in the article. The methodology unites opportunities of the methods of XPS, chemical power microscopy and selective chemical reactions with use of some the original and advanced techniques. By means of the developed methodology the data about features of a local physical and chemical structure of a surface and interphase layers of some polymeric composite materials are obtained with the spatial resolution of 20 nanometers. The interrelation of a local physical and chemical structure of the investigated materials with their properties is established and models of formation of the given polymeric compositions are offered.
