Activity as a resource for the development of work organizations

Any mobilization of resources in order to act in a given context requires the implementation of a work organization. Ever since Taylorism and Fordism, the form favoured by work organizations has been the proceduralization of work, including in the case of newer, more recent forms of work organizations such as Lean manufacturing.
