ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the effect of Six Sigma on rm performance is discussed. The aim is to provide a holistic and systematic review of the existing body of knowledge in both academic and practitioner literatures. The chapter aims to answer the following question: Does Six Sigma improve rm performance?
