ABSTRACT
There has been sporadic interest in repertory grid theory among ergonomists. In recent years, repertory grid analysis has been employed in the evaluation of text types (Dillon and McKnight, 1990) and in evaluating collaboration (Schuler et al., 1990). Sinclair ( 1990) suggests that repertory grids can be useful in areas of product evaluation.
