Now we are ready to teach you how to use SOFAIR and how to begin to lead your organization to social responsibility performance improvement. e following sections will explain each phase of a SOFAIR project in detail. We will highlight and demonstrate some powerful tools and techniques for each phase. is is not an exhaustive list of tools. ere are many more tools we could have included in this book. However, we wanted to focus on the intent of each phase. If you are a Six Sigma or quality practitioner, once you know the purpose and goals of each phase, you can take the method and run with it. If you are a social responsibility practitioner, you can partner with the Six Sigma and quality practitioners in your organization to get their help to improve social responsibility performance.
