ABSTRACT
We’ve spent a lot of time discussing methodology and methods. We’ve discussed roles and responsibilities and how CISR®* can be deployed as a program in your organization. We talked about the phases and tools and techniques that can be used in a SOFAIR project. We’ve demonstrated how most of this approach is a spin-o from the Six Sigma methodology. Building on such a proven methodology means that we can accelerate the achievement of results. We don’t have to start from the beginning. We can launch from what has already been learned.
