ABSTRACT
Air pollution regulations may be set by federal, state or local regulatory bodies. Regulations set by any of these bodies must be at least as strict as those established by the next higher level of government. Fed eral regulations set by Congress are published daily in the Federal Register. Those are then, in elfect, laws.
