ABSTRACT
In this study, ZnO nanorods were prepared by hydrothemal method on ZnO layer seed was deposited on ITO substrate by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. Here, we report the effect of zinc precursor solutions on the structure of ZnOnanorods.
