When you design the very first adaptive trial, you want to know how to start;
you may even wonder in the adaptive design would really be better than if clas-
sic design. What if I miss something or something goes wrong? Don’t worry;
this chapter we discuss the process and build your confidence in designing an
adaptive trial.
